Where We Ship

We currently ship To Big 5 only.

Order Processing & Delivery

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 10:00 P.M. (ET)
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically shipped within 1–6 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 10–15 business days (Monday to Friday)

Please note: Depending on product availability, seasonal volume, or high demand, your order may ship from our global warehouse.

Shipping Cost

✅ FREE shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
If you wish to return an item, please follow the Return Policy once the item has been delivered.

Item Not Received

If your tracking number shows the package was delivered, but you haven’t received it:

  1. Contact the carrier directly for more information.

  2. If the issue isn’t resolved, reach out to us at help@trycupids.us

     and we’ll help as best we can.

Tracking Info Not Available

If your tracking number is missing or not updating, it may be due to delays or technical issues with the carrier.
Please contact us at  help@trycupids.us , and we’ll assist you in locating your parcel.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Tracking numbers usually become active within 24 hours.

Damaged Packages

Renewalift.us is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
Be sure to keep all packaging and documentation as evidence.
